In the car wash business for more than 35 years, Papo’s Express recently expanded with a series of car washes throughout the Chicago area. It’s Hoffman Estates location features a car wash, gas station, and convenience store. Precast concrete wall panels and a hollowcore roof were used on the convenience store.
