3351 Dairy Drive

Now the home of Facility Gateway Corporation, 3351 Dairy Drive in Madison is a 25,700 square foot building, including a 5,000 square foot office and 20,700 square foot warehouse sitting on 2.25 acres of land.

Precast concrete wall panels were used to create the building’s shell. The building started with plain grey wall panels with reveals. The building has since been painted to reflect the FGC brand.
