ICON is a six-story, 168,198 square foot residential building near the University of Urbana-Champaign. The 163 unit, 276 bed luxury student apartment features studio, one, two, three, and four bed options. It also includes a rooftop deck with outdoor grilling and hangout space, and ground level garage parking.

Precast concrete hollowcore plank, beams, columns, and wall panels were used to create the building podium.
