HallMar Village, a partnership between Mercy - Cedar Rapids-based healthcare provider, and Presbyterian Homes & Services, creates a new senior living facility in Cedar Rapids, IA. Located on 42 acres, it includes 117 independent living apartments, 40 assisted living apartments, 20 memory care apartments, and 60 care center suites.

Precast concrete beams, columns, hollowcore, and solid slabs were used to create the parking garage of the structure.
