Urbana Fire Station 3

This is one of two new fire stations for the Urbana Fire Department, built to replace two old and outdated buildings. The new construction offers two state-of-the-art facilities for firefighters and equipment protecting the City of Urbana. Precast concrete hollowcore plank was used for a mezzanine within the department building and solid slabs were used in the storm shelter area.
