Stagecoach Trail Apartments

Middleton, WI
This project is construction of a 46 unit, three-story apartment building with underground parking. Completed in 2019, this redevelopment transformed five blighted single family homes into an upscale one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment building, including 10 workforce housing units. It is located in the Historic Pheasant Branch Crossing area of Middleton and the outdoor common area provides connection to the Pheasant Branch Creek & Trail.
