Glenroy Expansion

When Glenroy, a three-generation family-run business, was looking to expand it purchased a neighboring vacant building and put a team together to connect their existing building with their recently acquired one.

Ultimately, Glenroy expanded their production facility with a 125,650 square foot addition. Precast concrete wall panels and precast hollowcore plank were used for the addition. The benefits of the expansion included gaining much-needed space to add new equipment, which improved the company’s manufacturing capabilities and capacity.
