We’re excited to introduce Charles Harker III, the newest member of our team, who joins Mid-States as a Regional Sales Representative.

This isn’t the first time Charles has been part of the Mid-States team (he’s spent some time around Mid-States over the years, including a few summers on the road crew installing projects for our customers) and he is super excited to be returning.

“The opportunity to work with an amazing team at a company that produces high-quality products that are used across a wide range of building types and a variety of clients is exciting,” Charles said. “Being a fourth generation of the Harker family to work for Mid-States, this is a special place for me and I’m proud to work here.”

In his new role, Charles is focused on building strong relationships with both existing and new customers. With experience working for both a general contractor and a developer prior to re-joining Mid-States, he’s been in the shoes of other project stakeholders and teams.

“I think being able to relate to what makes a successful project for owners, architects, and general contractors will be beneficial to our customers and project teams,” Charles said.

Outside of work, Charles stays active. A former college lacrosse player at Bates College, he is an avid runner who has completed the Boston and Chicago Marathons three times each, along with the Berlin and New York Marathons. His goal is to finish all seven World Major Marathons—with only London, Tokyo, and Sydney to go! A Wisconsinite through and through, Charles roots for the Packers, Badgers, and Brewers. He’d love to go to Norway and see the northern lights.
